Curate the style gallery

Choose an existing property photograph, place it under a style, and remove its gallery tag when the example is no longer useful.

Before you start

You need an administrator or owner account to open the style gallery. Use a property photograph that appears in the picker; this guide covers curating existing photos, not uploading them.

The picker offers up to 60 eligible photographs, considering newer photos first. An older photo may not appear.

Add a photograph to a style

Choose a style that describes the existing property photograph. You can add a short caption to help your team recognize the example.

  1. Open Site visits and choose Style gallery.
  2. Under Add a photograph to a style, choose a Style.
  3. Choose one of the photographs under Pick one of your photographs. The selected photograph is highlighted. Its property label or filename appears below it.
  4. Optionally enter a Caption, up to 200 characters.
  5. Choose Add to style and wait for Added. The example appears under the style you selected.

Review or remove an example

Find the example beneath its style heading. Where the card offers Open the job, you can follow it to the property's record.

Removing an example removes its gallery tag only. It does not delete the property photo; the photograph remains with its property.

  1. Choose Remove on the example's card when it should no longer appear in the gallery.

Keep the site-visit brief separate

The site-visit brief records the customer's priorities and conversation. Curating a photograph here is a separate gallery task; it does not create a design automatically or transfer the brief into Studio.
