Your trial, your plan and your bill
What the trial includes, what the plans are priced on, and what happens at the end of it.
The trial
A new account starts on a free trial and no card is asked for at signup. The length is stated on the signup page and again on your subscription screen, counted down in days rather than left for you to work out.
It is the whole product, not a sampler. There is no point trialling a scheduling system that will not let you schedule.
What the plans are priced on
Routes in a day — the thing that actually grows when your business does, rather than the number of people you employ. The three plans and what each costs are on the home page and on Settings, then Subscription; they are not repeated here, because a price in three places is a price that eventually disagrees with itself.
Paid yearly, you pay for ten months instead of twelve.
Seats are not charged for
Every plan includes as many logins as you have people. Per-seat pricing punishes you for hiring, and this product is only worth having when the whole crew is on it.
We take nothing from your payments
No percentage of what you collect, on any plan. A platform taking a slice of your revenue is a platform whose interests part company with yours the moment you grow.
When the trial ends
You are told before it does, not after. Settings, then Subscription, shows the days remaining, the plan you are on, what it costs, when it renews, and how many routes you are using against your limit. Changing plan and updating a card both happen there.
Leaving
Every plan, including the cheapest, includes a one-click export of everything you have put in, in open formats. That is not a courtesy we can withdraw; it is how the product is sold. If you go, you go with your data.
