Your crew gets the day without you explaining it
Today's stops in order on the phone in their pocket, with what each one needs. It keeps working where there are no bars, and catches up when the truck finds a road that has them.
Today, this crew, in order
They open the app and see their own day and nothing else. Each stop carries what somebody needs to know before they are standing at the gate: the code, the dog, the day the customer will not have anybody there, what was done last time. If they cannot do a stop, they say why in two taps and you know before you would have asked.
One crew, one day, no clutter
Their stops, in the order they are doing them, in their own time zone. No other crews, no history to scroll past, nothing to get lost in.
What is at the driveway, before they get there
Gate codes, pets, the days they are not allowed in and whatever went wrong last visit are printed on the stop card.
A reason when they cannot do it
Locked gate, mower will not fit, customer said not today, ground too wet. They pick one, it reaches you, and the invoice does not go out for work nobody did.
The week ahead, on the phone before it leaves the yard
The days after today are saved onto the phone with the day sheet: the stops in order, the gate codes, the notes. A crew leader can open Tuesday from a driveway with no bars, and the phone says when it last saved so nobody is reading a week that went stale on Thursday.
Tap a day, read it anywhere
Every day of the coming week is there, with the same stop cards the crew works from today.
It says when it was saved
The phone shows the time the week was last written to it, and warns when that is old enough to be wrong.
It leaves with the person
Signing out wipes the week off that phone, which is what makes it safe to put on a truck’s shared handset.

Photographs, so the argument does not happen
Tap Complete and the camera opens. The picture goes from the phone straight into your files and onto the customer's portal, and for the kinds of work where a photo is the proof, the stop will not close without one. Nothing on the phone can reach anything else you own — it gets permission for that one photo and nothing more.
The photo goes straight to your files
Off the phone and into the property's record, on the visit it belongs to. Nobody texts it to the office and nobody loses it.
Proof, where proof is the point
Some work is not finished until it is photographed. The app knows which, and will not let the stop close without it.
A lost phone is not a lost account
The phone never holds a key to your storage. It gets permission for one photo at a time, and that permission expires.

Their hours come off the work they did
Arriving and finishing each write down the time by themselves. On Friday the week's timesheets are already there, split into ordinary and overtime, ready to hand to whoever runs your payroll. Nobody reconstructs a week from memory in a truck at six o'clock.
Nobody types a time
Arriving and finishing record themselves. The hours come from the work rather than from what somebody remembers on Friday.
The week is already added up
Hours by person and by day, ordinary and overtime separated, in your time zone, without a spreadsheet in between.
Straight out to payroll
Download the week with rates and totals on it and hand it over. It is the same numbers you were looking at.

In the language the person holding the phone reads
The crew app is English and Spanish, and so is the office and so is the portal. Not a translated crew app bolted onto an English product — the same words, chosen once, in both languages, everywhere your people work.
Their choice, not yours
Each person picks their own language on their own phone. Two people on the same truck can read the same stop in different words.
The conditions too, not just the buttons
The gate code note and the reason a stop was skipped are in the crew's language, because those are the parts that matter at the curb.
Big targets, in gloves, in the sun
One action at the bottom of the screen at a thumb's reach, and dark mode when the phone is in dark mode.
